Retired Air Force
20 years of Service

Biography: Peter Kordelski

One could easily say Peter was born into the construction trades.  His Father was an electrician and from the time he was 5 years old he was helping his Father with renovation and maintenance projects around the house. His first job training was in the all-important position of “Flashlight Holder”. However, as time progressed, he helped out and learned more and more on projects both around the house and on different jobs at nights and weekends. By the time he was 18, Peter had worked as a helper / apprentice on every aspect of home and building construction.  From Roofing, to Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, and some Finish Carpentry.

At 18 years old, Peter joined the United States Air Force and was initially trained in the Wire Maintenance Career Field. His first assignment was to an Engineering and Installation Group where he traveled the world installing and maintaining wire and wire components from the smallest telephone gauge to some of the largest power transmission components.  As time progressed he was cross-trained to work all aspects of building construction and building maintenance of both commercial and residential buildings. “If a cargo container of plumbing parts came in one day, everyone was a plumbers helper that day”.

By the time Peter Retired from the United States Air Force, he had performed countless inspections on all aspects of New Construction and Renovation Projects as well as performed daily assessments on the quality of routine Maintenance Work performed on commercial and residential buildings around the world.  Part of his daily duties required him to effectively communicate with both his superiors’ and his fellow teammates on the success of the day’s specific goals.  This work experience serving our country ties directly to Peter now becoming “Your Naples Home Inspector”.

The United States Air Force instills and demands the highest standards of quality and workmanship because people’s lives and our security depends on it.  We lived with a pride in always striving for a job well done. This pride we have in our work may be envisioned through the Air Force Motto:

“Integrity First, Service before Self, Excellence in all we do”.

“I promise to do the same for you!”
